Lauren is a DPhil student in the Department of Materials at the University of Oxford, supervised by Dr. Enzo Liotti and Prof. Roger Reed. Her research focuses on secondary phase engineering in aluminium alloys, in order to enhance the recyclability of low-grade scrap. Prior to beginning her doctorate, she earned a BEng Materials Science and Engineering degree from Imperial College London.
