Ruining Jin joined our group in October 2021 as a DPhil student and is now working on Al-Ce casting alloys. She obtained her MEng degree from the University of Manchester and a BEng degree at Central South University. The projects for her master and bachelor degrees were "Modelling optimization of strength in 5XXX alloys with L1 dispersoids" and "Thermomechanical processing of Zirconium alloys", respectively.
