Thomas Barthelay is a Postdoctoral Research Assistant in the Department of Materials at the University of Oxford. He did his PhD on manufacturing and computational modelling of structural battery electrodes at the University of Bath, UK, as part of the AAPS CDT. He completed his Master’s Degree at the University of Manchester, UK, where he completed an MChem with international study at the University of California, Santa Barbara. In addition to energy storage materials, his scientific interest lies in electrochemistry, atomistic scale modelling and photovoltaic materials.
